Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A double sleeper couch is available for 2 additional guests upon request at an additional cost of R500 per person per night.
For international guests, the breakage deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. For local residents, it needs to be prepaid via EFT.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking indoors.
No parties or events are permitted at the property.
No loud music or noise after 22:00.
This house is not equipped to be child-friendly. Please take care of small children as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair.
Unruly or noisy behavior will result in eviction without a refund.
A cleaning surcharge will be applied if the property is not left in a reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out occurs later than the specified time.
