Description
Glentana Beach Villa is a contemporary self-catering villa located on the beachfront in Glentana, a quiet seaside village along the Garden Route. With uninterrupted sea views and direct beach access, the villa offers ideal accommodation for families, groups of friends, corporate travellers, and golfers, with opportunities for whale and dolphin watching.
This double-story, air-conditioned villa can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. Four of the bedrooms are located on the top floor, each comfortably furnished with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms open onto a shared wrap-around balcony with full sea views. The third bedroom opens onto a balcony with partial mountain views, while the fourth bedroom opens onto a balcony with partial sea views. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs, furnished with a queen-size bed and is discreetly situated at the back of the property with its own entrance and kitchenette. The main en-suite bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the remaining bathrooms are each fitted with a shower, toilet and basin only. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, double oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, coffee machine, wine cooler, ice machine, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The main lounge and dining area has ample comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax while admiring the sea views. The second lounging area also has comfortable couches and features a wood-burning fireplace. For guests' entertainment, there are 3 smart TVs with a full bouquet of DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi.
The main living area has large glass stack sliding doors that flow onto a spacious sea-facing patio with outdoor seating, an ideal vantage point for relaxation and sundowners. On the opposite side of the living area is an undercover patio with a built-in braai and outdoor seating.
Guests have direct access to a double automated garage, with additional on-site parking behind remote-controlled gates. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the garage. Additionally, the property is equipped with an alarm system with armed response and a full inverter system to ensure power during outages.
