House Rules
Child policy:
Children 6 years and under, stay on a complimentary basis, when sharing with parents.
Our family rooms are equipped with a queen and a single bed at an additional cost of R120.00 per night, breakfast is not included.
Bookings can only be confirmed if the Guesthouse receives a 50% deposit on accommodation or a travel agent voucher.
Upon receipt of the confirmation, the guest retains the final responsibility to ensure all relevant reservation details are correct, as the guesthouse cannot be liable for incorrect bookings at a later stage.
The full cost of accommodation is payable in advance or on arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The guest retains personal liability for the bill until the employer, agent, or person that made the reservation on his or her behalf has settled the account. Cash, card and internet transfers are accepted.
Golden key Guesthouse levies a 5% administration fee on any refunds processed.
Breakfast is available at R 60.00 per person.
