House Rules

A maximum of 6 guests will be allowed on the premises, with no exceptions.
No additional guests without prior agreement.
Parties or loud music is not allowed.
Noise should be minimal, particularly after 21:00 and on the deck.
If anything is not working or is damaged, please let us know immediately, and we will try to fix it. We also ask you to use the space gently.
If you break something, please let the host know immediately so they can replace it for the next guests.
Pets must be house-trained and agreed on in advance. They are not allowed on the furniture.
Guests who do not adhere to the above rules, specifically the noise rule, will receive one warning, after which, if the problem continues, they will be asked to leave.
