Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Breakage deposits will be refunded within 10 business days after check-out, should everything be in order.
Please forward banking details prior to arrival.

House Rules:
No pets
No smoking inside
No noise/music permitted.
No parties or events
No spit-braais
Do not use kitchen pots and pans on the braai.
To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
No Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties permitted.
A daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost.
Please note that the gardener might come onto the property once a week to attend to the garden and swimming pool. Guests will be made aware of this well in advance.
As our property is a residential home we appreciate your respect for the property as well as the neighbors, therefore we do not permit loud parties or disruption to the neighborhood or the home in any way.
