Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Parties are not permitted.
No noise or loud music allowed.
Guests must bring their swimming and bath towels.
No items may be removed from the house.
Laundry must be washed at a laundromat in town or an arrangement must be made with the property manager to have it washed by the housekeeper at a fee.
The guest making the booking is fully responsible for any damage to or on the unit, contents and premises.
At no time may there be more guests on the premises than what was stipulated on the booking request (this includes adults and children).
Children under 12 are welcome if the parents accept full responsibility for their safety, as there are steep wooden stairs to the upper floor, as well as a balcony with transverse steel cables through the balustrade posts. Children pay the adult rate.
