Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- A refundable deposit is charged on each booking and is payable prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 15 working days after guests have left, and once the unit has been checked.
- The refundable deposit is R500 out of season and R1000 in high season.
- Further cleaning can be arranged if required, at an additional cost.
- Please note that an additional cost of R60 will be charged for the second vehicle per unit.
- We regret, no matric/student groups are allowed.
- A cleaning service is provided once a week.
