This unit is located on the lower level of the main house but functions completely independently and separately from the upper level. Guests have their own entrance to the apartment and the host lives on the upper level of the property. The unit comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. It also has a cosy TV lounge and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, air fryer, mini stove with an oven, toaster, fridge, kettle and dining table. Free Wi-Fi and full DStv is provided. The sliding doors of the TV lounge and both bedrooms open up to the garden and patio where smoking is allowed. The house is fitted with solar panels and is therefore not affected by load shedding. Safe on-site parking is available behind a locked gate.

Description

The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the 2 remaining bedrooms both contain a double bed. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, one of which includes a bath. The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, microwave, double-door fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, air-fryer, cutlery, and crockery. For added convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. An 8-seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for family meals. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with DStv premium channels and free Wi-Fi. There is an additional TV in the main bedroom and another one in the downstairs TV room. The home is equipped with a solar system and an inverter to avoid load shedding. The outside is ideal for entertaining and boasts a braai area, outdoor seating and an outdoor heater on the patio, just off the main lounge. The lower level of the house can be booked separately as a unit on its own.
