Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival - refundable at check out after inspection. This include permanent damage, loss of keys, remotes, towels, bedding, cutlery, crockery or any other items provided by us.

There are designated smoking areas outside. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms/building and garages.

No visitors are allowed on the premises. Only guests that paid to sleep over will be allowed on the premises, at the pool and garden area.

No parties or events.

No music.

No drunk or disorderly behaviour will be allowed.

No weapons allowed on the premises.

Pets are only allowed with special pre-approval when making the booking. We need to know what type of pet and how other guests will be affected.

No servicing of rooms on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. It can be arranged if requested 72 hours in advance and paid for separately.
