Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

An additional refundable key and breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is payable 2 days prior arrival or cash on arrival, and will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided all is in order and all terms and conditions have been met.

By making a booking the agreement becomes a legally binding contract. Due to live booking options via the internet, reservations are only secured by proof of payment of the full amount. Heldersig cannot be held responsible for the loss of booking due to delayed payment.

Heldersig will require credit card details and ID or Passport for all bookings at the time of booking, regardless of how deposits are paid. No further funds will be deducted from guests credit card unless one of the policies comes into force.

Refunds are only applicable if we are able to re-sell the accommodation to another guest. At the establishments' discretion, a pro-rata refund will be made for any night which we are able to reallocate to a new guest.

Heldersig does recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect them from unnecessary costs resulting from cancellations.
