An experience. It was one of the best equipped guesthouses I have ever visited. There is even a picnic basket that can be used for a nice bird watching trip. The location is excellent with the most beautiful view of the mountains when the sun goes down.

Fairytale beauty in the snow! It was the weekend of the big snow in South Africa and Wakkerstroom did not disappoint us. Saturday morning we woke up to a pure white landscape around us! With a maximum temperature of 3 degrees outside, the coal stove in the living area kept us wonderfully warm. Everything is very well equipped and we had a wonderful stay for 4 nights.
