Price Includes

Rates are displayed on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a kettle and a microwave.

House Rules

Guests are not allowed to remove any items from the Cottage or the premises.
No loud noise or music after 22:00.
The maximum occupancy of the Cottage is 3 guests.
Only the booked guests are permitted on the premises, unless prior consent has been given by the host.
All individuals using the facilities do so at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or vehicles while on the premises.
The host reserves the right to terminate occupancy without notice if any rules are violated or if a nuisance is caused. No refund will be provided in such cases.
A deposit is required at the time of reservation.
The full account must be settled upon arrival.
Guests are requested to use water sparingly, as this is a water-stressed area.
Wi-Fi details will be provided upon arrival.
