Only the permitted number of people is allowed in each unit. Guests that exceed this number will be asked to vacate the property.
Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
A washing line is available in the alley next to Unit 1.
The cleaning of fish is not allowed on the premises.
The cooking, frying, or grilling of fish or seafood is not allowed inside the building.
Braai facilities are available outside. The braai facilities are available to braai fish only upon prior arrangements.
The owner resides on-site.
