A washing line is available in the alley next to Unit 1.
The cleaning of fish is not allowed on the premises.
The cooking, frying, or grilling of fish or seafood is not allowed inside the building.
Braai facilities are available outside. The braai facilities are available to braai fish only upon prior arrangements.
The owner resides on-site.
