Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
No pets allowed.
Please be respectful towards neighbours and keep the noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties and no overnight visitors other than booked guests.
No smoking is allowed inside the house.
Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside. Please empty these in the refuse bag in the dustbin to prevent ash from being blown around by the wind.
Close and lock the doors and windows when you go out.
Please put all your rubbish in the black refuse bags. This is stored in the cupboard below the sink
Please put the refuse bags outside the gate on Monday evenings.
Use the see-through bags for glass and plastic.
Please be careful of your water consumption and make sure the taps are tightly closed.
If you use the braai, please make sure there are no hot coals when you go to bed.
Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach. Beach towels will be provided to be used at the pool and on the beach.
Ladies can make use the dark facecloths to remove make-up.
Please wash off all your beach sand at the place provided outside at the entrance and don’t take it into the house/showers as it blocks the drains.
When you leave, please strip all the beds and leave all the sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels that you used during your stay, in the bathroom on the floor.
Please don’t remove magazines, kitchen equipment, décor, or anything else that belongs to the unit.
Please let the host know if you break something, or if anything needs fixing.
Please don’t leave any perishables or food in the fridge, or in the kitchen.
