Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4860 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note, while the complex is situated within the estate's golf side, it is not part of Simbithi Eco Estate and does not include access to the estate's amenities.
There is an additional once-off administration fee of R660 and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night's stay, which is not included in this quotation. All breakage deposits are refunded on the 10th of each month, unless booking in December, which is the peak period.
The unit is serviced Monday – Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
We do not accept cheques.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
Please provide your own swimming and beach towels.
We reserve the right to substitute similar accommodation should the unit booked not be available for any reason whatsoever.
We do not accept student bookings or any bookings for unsupervised guests under the age of 25.
We reserve the right to evict any student who is not accompanied by a responsible adult.
The maximum number of people occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds.
Overcrowding will result in a 10% per-night rate added per additional guest if pre-arranged. If not pre-arranged, tenants will be evicted in the event of overcrowding, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
