Security measures are in place, including exterior cameras and locked access.
Guests should only park in designated areas and be considerate of neighbors, avoiding loud noise, especially during quiet hours after 22:00.
Accidental damages should be reported immediately, and any pre-existing damages must be communicated within two hours of check-in to avoid guest liability.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is not provided.
Guests should be aware of emergency exits and contact authorities in case of emergencies.
Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted, and pets are strictly prohibited.
Guests are encouraged to use the braai area responsibly and take care at the pool, as the property cannot be held liable for injuries.
Furniture should not be rearranged, and artwork should remain in place.
