The holiday flat is not suitable for children, and no pets are allowed.
The property accommodates only the two individuals renting the flat, and no additional visitors are permitted on the premises.
Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, including prostitution, or allowing neighbors onto the property.
Tampering with the water or electricity supply is also not allowed.
