House Rules

During winter an additional gas fee will be applicable.
The guest house owner, management or staff are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to the guest's property or person while in occupation of the Guest House.
The guest warrants that they satisfied themselves prior to arrival as to the condition and facilities offered by the guest house and are satisfied that they will suit the guests' requirements during their stay. Please report breakages.
The guest's account must be paid in full before occupying the guest house.
Only the number of guests booked and paid for are permitted to occupy the Guest House.
All bank charges and fees are payable by the guest and will be added to the Guests account.
No loud noise and music, please respect your neighbours.
No smoking allowed inside the guest houses.

Child Policy:
Children aged between 0 and 3 stay free.
Children aged between 4 and 12 pay 75% of the sharing rate.

Cancellation Policy

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
