Breakage Deposit

House Rules
There is a swimming pool on the property, which is not available to guests in the apartment.
The swimming pool is for guests in the main house only.
The smaller second bedroom in the apartment contains a 3-quarter bed with a pull-out bed for a fourth guest if needed.
The main house can be booked separately or together with the apartment. If the main house is booked with the apartment then the maximum capacity is 10 guests only.
