House Rules

5 Additional guests can also be accommodated by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
There is a breakage deposit of R1000 cash, payable to the caretaker on arrival.
This will be refunded within one week of departure.
The house is pet-friendly so pets are welcome.
The house has portable braai facilities.
As it is a quiet neighbourhood noise levels need to be kept to a minimum after 22:00.
Management reserves the right to evict tenants who do not adhere to this rule.
