House Rules

No parties or functions allowed.
The refundable breakage deposit must be paid to the owner before keys are handed over.
Guests are required to bring their own towels.
No smoking.
Please respect neighbours - No noise/music will be tolerated after 10:00pm - Our neighbours has
been instructed to phone police/security company for any disturbances and fowl behaviour from guest.
If such instances be reported you will forfeit your breakage deposit and might be asked to leave premises
immediately and refund will be done on outstanding nights paid.
All facilities are used at your own risk. The owner accepts no responsibility or legal responsibility for any damage, loss or injuries resulting from the use of the facilities, or any other injuries or damage experienced at this holiday home.
