House Rules

Long weekends with public holidays, Fridays and Mondays minimum stay 3 nights.
December bookings: Minimum stay of 20 nights
No smoking.
No pets.
No parties or events.
No parking on lawn or pebbled area only on the paved area behind house.
No additional guests than booked for or sleeping on couches.
Throws should be kept on the stone coloured couches at all times and no eating and drinking on couches.
Breakages/damages/soiling: Are for the guests account. Any breakages, damages or soiling should be reported to host prior to departure and guests will be charged accordingly within 2-3 days after linen/ towels have been washed and inventory checked. Guests will be charged accordingly.
House rules need to be signed by guests prior to arrival.
Guests must please indicate if they are sharing rooms or if they will require separate rooms in their enquiry. Any additional rooms will be locked and if guests are not sharing rooms, an additional fee will be added. This applies to children as well.
The house is suitable for couples or families only. Student groups, bachelor-, bachelorette parties or other parties and events are not allowed.
