Breakage Deposit

House Rules
There are wastebaskets and a dustbin provided for rubbish, please use them.
Please don't use the wastebaskets for disposable baby nappies.
Don't flush food, sanitary towels or garbage down the toilets.
Be respectful of our neighbours & tone noise down after 9 pm.
Please turn off all perimeter lights when you go to bed e.g. deck
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms, on the sofa or armchairs.
Please use the coasters provided when placing drinks on our coffee tables
Please do not rearrange our furniture.
No unregistered guests are allowed on the property overnight.
Some of our guests may have pet allergies. No pets allowed.
No smoking/house parties or events are allowed.
No jumping on our furniture even very small children.
Our area is prone to bushfires, never leave candles unattended.
Use of Fireworks or Sky Lanterns is illegal.
After using the braai or fire-pit ensure all embers are doused before leaving the area.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please don't use our wireless network for illegal activities.
Lock all windows and doors and set the alarm whenever you leave the house even if it's just to go for a walk on the beach.
Don’t leave any valuables close to windows or in your car, especially overnight.
Please be considerate of all wildlife.
Should please do not keep any game or try to feed strange foods such as lettuce.
