Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The motor gate is strictly for motor vehicles except when the pedestrian gate is locked
Please ensure that the pedestrian gate is clipped in properly at all times.
Parents are responsible for their children’s belongings, and behaviour and to ensure they pick up after their children and keep the communal areas clean at all times.
Children are under no circumstances allowed to play between the vehicles in the parking lot, on any roofs, in the flower beds or on the verandas. Children are also not allowed to use the washing lines as a jungle gym.
No Pets are allowed on the premises.
Gas braais or small Webber/ Cobb are allowed to be utilised.
No uncontrollable open flames are allowed
No private cleaners are allowed on the premises without reporting to management's office and signed in accordingly.
All black bags must be sealed and placed inside the rubbish bins.
