Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to sign an indemnity form.
Guests are to abide by the house rules as set out in the house information which is sent when the booking is confirmed.
Firewood, ice and Blitz can be bought from Jackal Hill on a cash-only basis.
The generator is only for unplanned power outages and to power up fridges and a few lights. Not for load shedding and is only applicable up to 21:00 at night.
A refundable breakage deposit will be charged. This will be refunded via EFT, 2 weeks following the departure, depending on any damages or missing items.
Chalets are serviced between approximately 09:00 and 11:00 and service includes sweeping, emptying rubbish, making beds and washing dishes.
