This fully furnished house comprises 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The air-conditioned main bedroom contains a double bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and each has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. All the rooms boast a TV with access to streaming channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The open-plan living area features a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, air-conditioning, and a TV with selected streaming channels. The house opens onto a lovely patio with private garden and outdoor seating and dining space, as well as portable braai facilities. Guests are afforded access to complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking in a double garage as well as a paved area in front of the villa.

The total number of guests permitted is a maximum of 8 guests at all times. All guests will be required to present their ID/Passport on arrival to security at the estate entrance.
The estate has a quiet time in place between 22:00 and 06:00, and any noise complaints may result in a fine.
A cleaning service can be provided at an additional cost and is required to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are required to adhere to our No Smoking rule inside the villas, failure to comply will result in a fine of R2000.
Please note our villas are self-catering, bottled water and cappuccinos are complimentary on arrival.
If we have a power outage our generator will run from 6 am - 10 pm.
Check-out is before 11 am.
On check-out please switch off all lights and heaters, please hang your towels on the towel rail or over the bath before departure.
Please take out your refuse bags and place them in the bins provided outside.
Please place dishes in the sink and leftover food in the fridge or place it in the bin, do not leave food out on the counters.
