Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking inside the house.
Home is not toddler safe and please note the house is situated on the first level and precaution taken for your own child's safety.
Stairs are at both front and back of the house and not wheelchair friendly.
No additional pets permitted.
A breakage deposit of R200 will be charged and refunded in full (if no loss or damages occurred) 3 working days after departure. Breakage deposit is payable on arrival.
Please take into consideration the owner/manager, pets (4 female cats) and a 4-year-old toddler living on the property.
