Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Music and elevated noise levels will be tolerated during the following times: Weekdays from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and weekends and Public Holidays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Tenants are required to use the designated parking bays.
Tenants are only allowed 1 parking bay.
All visitors to La Ballito must leave by 10 p.m. every day.
An extra cleaning service and linen change can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
Daily services are available upon request at an extra cost.
