Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The owner lives in the main house; however, they are separate and private from this unit. There are resident dogs on the property.
For international guests, the breakage deposit must be paid in cash on arrival. Local residents need to prepay this via EFT.
The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
There is a sleeper couch in the lounge, which can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children under 12 years of age at an extra cost of R500 per child per night.
Children of all ages are welcome; however, this house is not equipped to be child-friendly. Please take care of small children, as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. The owners and property management company will not be held liable.
Please bring your own baby cot and high chair.
Linen, bath towels, and beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
No pets are allowed on the property. The owners live on-site with their dogs, who may visit occasionally.
No smoking indoors. Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtray provided and not on the patio, in the gardens, or down the toilets.
This is a high fire-risk area. No open fires are allowed on the property, and fires must not be left unattended.
Unruly or noisy behaviour will result in eviction, with no refund.
No parties or events are permitted at the property.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 22:00.
A cleaning surcharge will be applied if the property is not left in reasonable condition for the next guests or if check-out occurs later than the specified time.
Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay at an additional cost.
