Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
1. Close the gas if the stove is not in use.
2. Only use plastic or wooden spoons in the pots and pans.
3. Only use bottled water in the kettle.
4. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside.
5. Try not to use the microwave, oven, or stove. at the same time; this will cause the inverter to trip.
6. Keep the doors and windows closed when the air conditioner is in use.
7. Switch the air conditioner off when no one is home.
8. The wood next to the main house is not for use, please buy your own wood
9. The washing line is next to the main house
10. No load music allowed
11. No pets allowed
12. Use your own streaming device - SMART Box, Laptop.
