Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

This is a residential area so guests are kindly respect the neighbours.

Vehicle audio systems may not be used and no loud music is allowed during any given time. All music must be turned off before 22:00.

No more than 2 small breed dogs allowed only by prior arrangement with your host. The dogs must be fully house trained and not be allowed on the furniture and/ beds under any circumstances. An extra fee of per dog is payable in cash on arrival.

Please leave the cottage in a clean, neat state and ensure that all towels, linen, blankets and remote controls are accounted for.

Your host will discuss/agree the check-out time with you on arrival. Kindly adhere to this as our cleaning team is scheduled for specific times and we cannot have delays as it will impact our other guests negatively.

Part/all of your breakage deposit will be retained in the event of the above rules not being followed.
