Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A basic cleaning service is charged; this is not a deep clean. Please leave the house tidy, take the rubbish to the outside bin, and clean up any mess as you go.
An additional fee applies for pets. Only dogs are allowed; pets may not be on furniture, and the property is fenced. Please clean up all pet waste before departure to avoid deductions from your deposit.
Smoking is only permitted outside; please use an ashtray and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
Parties and loud music are not allowed; please respect the neighbours and observe quiet hours after 21:00.
Only the booked number of guests may stay overnight; visitors are not allowed without prior permission.
Please treat the house as your own, do not break or damage anything and report any issues immediately.
For security, close all doors and windows when leaving and use the alarm or security system if provided.
Please use only the designated parking areas and do not block other residents.
Guests are kindly requested to keep windows clean; a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if windows are left dirty.
