House Rules
Small pets are allowed by prior arrangements. Please note that not all apartments are pet-friendly so guests will need to enquire about this. There is a pet fee of R50 per pet per day. All pets must be house-trained.
Please note that the owner lives on the premises with 2 German Shepherds and 2 Malteses. If guests are not comfortable with dogs, this needs to be communicated beforehand.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Firearms are not allowed on the premises without prior arrangement.
Drugs and illegal substances will not be permitted on the premises.
Excessive noise and loud music will not be tolerated.
Any additional visitors spending the night at the accommodation will incur extra charges.
Guests are asked to park their car correctly in the allocated parking bay.
Littering is not allowed and guests will need to use the bins provided.
Excessive electricity and water usage will be billed to the guest.
Basic cleaning products and toiletries are supplied.
