Description
Karoo Rustigheid Gasteplaas is a comfortably furnished self-catering house for 8 to 10 people in the Roggeveld, 47 km from Sutherland. The route consists of a 17 km tarred road and 30 km dirt road.
The spacious house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 4 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, as well as a single bed, and the second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath and the third bathroom is fitted with a shower. There is a smaller solar cottage available in certain seasons.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, as well as tea-and-coffee making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with full DStv channels, free Wi-Fi access, as well as an indoor braai area and fireplace.
Guests are able to enjoy the seasonal snow in winter and the the beautiful flowers and bulbs of the Roggeveld Karoo in spring.
