Guests are kindly informed that pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted on the premises. Additionally, the property does not accommodate young adults attending Matric Rage or similar events, as it is designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for guests.
Guests are advised that this exclusive estate has a strict booking procedure. Several documents must be submitted by 12:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, as the estate requires 24 hours to approve them before check-in. Failure to meet this deadline may result in denied access to the estate or the property, which could lead to the termination of the booking.
The team will provide guidance to ensure this process is completed smoothly, and guests are encouraged to cooperate to facilitate timely submission.
Guests are offered the option of late checkouts and early check-ins upon request, catering to varying travel schedules. This service is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee per 2 hours. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, arrangements are dependent on related bookings and cleaning requirements. Guests are kindly requested to notify management in advance if they wish to utilise this service, allowing for necessary arrangements to be made.
