Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

By accepting the quote, you agree to provide a completed personal information form and a copy of your ID. Loud music, excessive noise, parties, and day visitors are not allowed. Non-compliance may result in eviction without a refund and loss of the breakage deposit.

Breakage deposit;
It covers missing/damaged items and requires extra cleaning if needed.
Wash and put away dishes, or an extra fee will apply.
Up to 2 pets are allowed with prior arrangement; they must stay off furniture, use their own beds, and be leashed outside. Clean up after pets to avoid losing the deposit.
Smoking indoors is prohibited; violations will forfeit the deposit.
Refunds are processed within 14 days; additional costs may apply if the deposit doesn’t cover damages.

Guests must bring bath and beach towels, dishcloths, firewood, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and trash bags.

Please note, that the fireplace is non-functional.

The owner and manager are not responsible for injuries, loss, damage, theft, or forgotten items.
