On the ground floor, is a second kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area features an 8-seater dining table, TV with DStv, and a breakfast bar. The ground floor opens onto a covered patio with stairs leading to a raised garden. A braai area is available in the garden. The garage has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and table tennis table for guests to use.
The complex offers communal swimming pools, tennis courts, playground for kids, and expansive lawns where guests can enjoy picnics.
