Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests should please bring their own swim towels.
- Unit has an inverter that powers the apartment during power cuts, except the oven and the stove.
- Smoking indoors is prohibited. Should we receive a report from the cleaning services of either cigarette smoke or damage due to ash, you will be required to settle the account for a deep clean/repairs/replacements.
- Guests cannot braai on the balcony of this apartment. Please make use of the communal braai facilities.
- Please don't use the clothes line/rack on the balcony. As per the complex rules, this is not allowed and a fine will be issued which guests will be liable to pay should you not abide by host's request.
- Please note that there is no cleaning during your stay. Should you require such, please arrange directly with Zippy (details in unit) and it will be for your own account.
- Guests should please be mindful of the neighbours or other tenants and refrain from parties, excessive noise or loud music.
