House Rules

Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded or causes a disturbance by having loud parties, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Guests please need to bring their own towels.
No 21st, matric, or loud parties are allowed.
No under 21's without proper adult supervision will be allowed.
No axes for chopping wood allowed.
No furniture may be moved around under any circumstances.
Please note, the accommodation may be equipped with CCTV.
Should the accommodation be fitted with an alarm system, please use the system as explained in the booklet or by the agent when you check in.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Please bring your own lanterns or lights in case of load shedding.
Guests please need to check in at the office; from here you will be directed to the property.
Guests take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during the rental period; whether by occupants or guests.
Premises and all equipment are used at their own risk, and Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd and/or the homeowners will not be held responsible for any losses or damages during the stay.
The right of admission is reserved by management.
