Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
No visitors are permitted on the estate for safety and health reasons as per body corporate rules.
Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
There is a housekeeper who will service the unit on a Wednesday between 08:00 and 12:00, out of season only.
During peak seasons a cleaning service can be arranged.
Should you require this service kindly advise of your requirements once your booking has been confirmed, this fee will be over and above your reservation fee.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking is permitted.
No day visitors allowed.
A cleaning fee of R650 is payable for the exit cleaning and laundry.
No parties, drunken disorderly behavior or excessive noise is permitted at any time, failure to adhere to this will result in immediate eviction with no refund of rent.
All units are privately owned. Failure to adhere to the Body Corporate Rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund of rent or a breakage deposit.
The right of admission is reserved.
No tenants under the age of 25 are permitted without parental supervision for the duration of their stay. Non-compliance with this shall lead to immediate eviction with no refund of rent.
The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.
