Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Standard daily housekeeping is included, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit has to be paid into the host's account prior to occupation.

Cleaning service is included in the price. Please note that this fee includes washing the floors, doing the dishes, cleaning the braai and making the beds. An additional fee will be payable if these services are required on Sundays and public holidays and prior notice is required. Please request these services when booking.

Please note, unsupervised teenagers or matriculants and matric rage are strictly not allowed in this complex.

Guests need to provide their own beach and swimming towels.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

The Trustees reserve the right to evict anyone who transgresses these rules.

The La Pirogue complex permits a maximum of 6 guests in a 3-bedroom unit.

No excessive noise or parties are allowed.

The swimming pool closes at 22:00.
