Located in Jongensfontein, Koos is a spacious beach house within walking distance to the beach and the Jongensfontein Boardwalk, making this an ideal option for a memorable holiday with the family while fully admiring the ocean views.
The home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms each fitted with a queen-sized bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet, and the remaining guests share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath and toilet. A separate toilet is available for added convenience. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a lounging area with a TV as well as a dining space with an indoor braai.
Guests can enjoy meals alfresco on the furnished patio complete with a braai area, all whilst soaking in the breathtaking ocean views. Secure parking is provided. For guests wanting to explore the area, Fonteinhuisie Museum and the Jongensfontein Nature Reserve are within walking distance of the house.
