Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note that the accommodation is reached by 8 steps and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly or guests with disabilities.
- No pets are allowed.
- Houses and apartments are booked strictly based on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit (including children) may not exceed the number booked.
- The accommodation does not take bookings for groups of adults.
- No day visitors or guests from other units are allowed.
- No loud music, noise or parties are allowed. Quiet time is from 20:00 to 08:00.
- The responsible tenant must be 25 years or older.
- All outstanding fees must be paid off-season 2 weeks before arrival, and during peak season 1 month before arrival via cash, EFT or bank deposits. The breakage deposit will be paid on the 7th and 21st day of each month, depending on which date is closest to the guest's departure date.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
- Cleaning services are only available on weekdays at an extra cost.
- Guests must please clean the unit and wash the dishes before they leave.
