Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A non-refundable pet deposit of R200 per pet is payable with the balance 7 days before arrival.
A key & breakage deposit of R1500 is payable at least 7 working days prior to arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days after the house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
The keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit having been received.

Parties and loud music are not allowed. If you or your visitors misbehave, the host has the right to cancel your booking and ask you to leave.
