Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited.
Guests are allowed to smoke in the back courtyard if needed.
No pets are allowed on the property, and no exceptions will be made.
Parties or entertainment of outside guests may not be hosted on the property.
Any guest who does not adhere to the above-mentioned rules will be asked to check-out without any refund.
Housekeeping can be booked from 09:00 to 12:00 at an additional cost.
Laundry service details can be provided for 2 laundromats within 3 km of the Villa as well as a pick-up service with a local supplier called Nettie.
An airport shuttle can be arranged and charged to the main account.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
