Required Documents - In order for a booking to be honoured we require:
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules

Breakage deposit of R1000.
Minimum 5 night bookings out of season and 15 nights in season bookings

This is a residential complex with a no noise policy

We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.

A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.

Only 2 vehicles are allowed. Either 2 vehicles or one vehicle and a trailer. No large vehicles. Large cars will have trouble moving around.
