A refundable cash breakage deposit is required upon arrival.
Check-in: From 15:00 this is flexible with prior arrangements.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM any later check-outs are subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
This is a peaceful retreat—no loud gatherings are allowed.
Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect neighbours and maintain tranquillity.
Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises.
Please use water sparingly and avoid hanging items over balcony railings.
Prepaid electricity is provided, with 100 units included on arrival. Additional units are the guest's responsibility.
Lost keys or damaged locks will incur replacement costs.
Only flush toilet paper to prevent blockages charges may apply for plumbing issues caused by improper use.
Guests should report any damages or losses promptly.
On-site parking is available. Do not obstruct the electric garage door.
Respect the garden, dispose of refuse properly, and follow recycling guidelines.
Conserve resources such as water and electricity wherever possible.
