Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A standard key and breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflected in the host's account before arrival. They will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the 2 options above was actioned a refundable cash or debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a minimum fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
All guests are personally met to complete the check-in process, which is scheduled by the hour in advance on a first-come, first-served basis between 14:00 and 18:00. As multiple properties are managed and the team is not based on-site, accommodating specific preferred times may not always be possible; however, every effort will be made to meet guest preferences. Please note that for check-ins after 18:00, an additional fee is payable upon arrival before keys are handed over.
