Very noisy. Noisy with restaurant below the apartment. Master bedroom does not have aircon or a fan. Loadshedding is also a problem with only 1 light working in the whole apartment. Still waiting for my "breakage fee". Already sent 2 messages to the "landlady" and still waiting for a reply.
