House Rules
Entry to Leisure Bay Villa 26 is reserved and not guaranteed for everyone.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed, except for trained guide dogs for visually impaired guests.
Do not dispose of feminine products, diapers, wipes, or hand towels in the toilet.
The use of drones on the property is not permitted. Please dispose of all waste, including cigarette butts, in the provided bins.
Children must always be supervised by an adult and adhere to all rules.
Do not move furniture outside or to other rooms. Only patio furniture may be used outdoors.
The villa owner is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the property. Do not feed any animals.
Stick to the villa’s maximum occupancy capacity.
Guests will receive a permit for entry to Leisure Bay Villas and TO Strand Beach Resort. Keep it secure.
In case of an emergency, contact the Leisure Bay Villas Manager or use the provided emergency numbers.
A fire extinguisher is provided for emergencies only.
Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay.
Keep noise to a minimum, and no loud music is allowed after 22:00.
Use the designated parking bays for Leisure Bay Villa 26.
During loadshedding, use the provided lamps instead of candles.
